    Boiled moringa leaves, 100 serving
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 50 grams
    Salt, 0.5 grams
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped


Water drained from boiling the manga leaves could be drunk as tea.


Mill the roasted peanut.
Mix together with all the other ingredient and serve
