    1 c 100% whole wheat flour
    2 tsp instant yeast
    pinch of salt
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 tsp olive oil

    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add water and oil.
    Stir with a fork, then knead until smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rest 10 min.

    Brush pizza pan with 1 tsp olive oil.
    Push dough onto pan and spread to 10 inch diameter.
    Spread with 1/4 pizza sauce.
    Top with onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
    Thinly slice mozzarella cheese and place on veggies.
    Brush remaining sauce over cheese.

    Bake in 450F oven for 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven.
    Place thinly sliced tomatoes on top.
    Sprinkle with basil and parmesan cheese.

    Return to oven and bake for about 5 more minutes.

    Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
