    -Shady Brook Farms Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 20 oz
    -Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.5 cup
    -Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.25 cup
    -Ian's Panko Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs, 0.5 cup
    -Ronzoni Parmesan Grated Cheese, 4 tsp


MIX thoroughly 1/2 cup mushroom soup, turkey, bread crumbs (you may want to grind them since they're a bit thick), desired seasonings, and egg. Shape firmly into a small loaf in baking pan or loaf pan..

BAKE at 350°F. for 1 hr. 15 min. or until done.

Mix remaining soup with Parmesan cheese. Top meatloaf with mixture. Return to oven until warm.

Serve and enjoy!
