    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.66 cup, chopped or sliced
    Kirkland Salted Sweet Cream Butter, 0.33 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Avocados, California (Haas), 114 grams
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 85 grams
    salt & pepper


cut up the ingredients; beat the eggs; put oil & butter in the pan & preheat on medium high heat; saute ham, onions & peppers for a couple of minutes. add in the tomatoes and avocado & cook for another minute.
