Tips
I typed this up away from my kitchen. So it was hard to find just exactly the right entries for the nutritional value. Every one at work wants these for the Holidays!
Directions
Toss Cereal, cherries and pistachios in a shallow dish, I don't recommend a bowl. (Set aside)
Put both packages of Dark Chocolate Baking Chips in a microwave safe glass dish. Heat for 10 seconds and stir. Continue to heat for 10 seconds and stir, repeat until chocolate is very runny.
Pour a ribbon of about 1/3 your chocolate over your dry ingredients and toss them thoroughly, repeat until all your chocolate is used and everything is completely covered.
Pull stacks of the ingredients out with a spoon and stack in to small groups and drop on to wax paper or parchment lined trays. Let set until dry.
Store in a sealed container at room temperature.
Serving Size: Makes 48 - 60 pieces
