    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Best Choice Mixed Berries, 1 cup
    Se Delicious Dairy Free Coconut Milk - Organic, 1 cup
    Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie Yogurt - Mixed Berry


Add water to make it thinner, or more Kale to make it thicker. You can Vary the fruit or Greens, but always include a banana. Also delish with Raw Cashews, or a tablespoon of your favorite nut butter.


Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If you're using a regular blender, blend until leaves are gone.

Serving Size: Makes 10oz of Green Smoothie
