    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Woodstock All Natural Unsalted Almond Butter, 1 serving
    Nature's Promise Vanilla Enriched RiceMilk, 1 serving


You can add water to thin it out, or more Kale to thicken it. You can vary the fruit, but always include a banana to thicken and sweeten it. Though, You can also add dates to sweeten, instead of a banana.


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, with no Leaves present.
