    2 cups ground beef, browned
    3 cups zucchini, cut in chunks
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    1 can diced tomatoes, Herbs & Spice
    4 cloves garlic, cut in chunks
    4 Tablespoons Hellmann's mayo, 1/2 fat (optional)
    1/2 tsp oregano flakes
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp red chili flakes


Brown hamburger. Chop remaining ingredients and add along with spices. Add may near the end (optional). I added to cut the acidity of the tomatoes. Simmer until tender.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 4 1-cup servings
