    1 can pillsbury simply biscuits
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3.5 tbsp. butter divided

    1 oz. cream cheese
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. orange zest
    Milk as needed (approx. 2 tbsp.)


Preheat the oven to 375 F
Grease an 8 in. round cake pan.

Cut individual biscuits into quarters. Melt 1 tbsp. of the butter. In a separate bowl mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Dip pieces in the butter first and then roll in the cinnamon brown sugar mixture. Place pieces close together in the round cake pan.

Bake until the pieces are puffed together and are golden brown, about 15 minutes

To make the icing, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Spread icing over warm biscuit cake.

Either slice into eight wedges or pull individuals pieces off. Individuals pieces are 48 cal., cut into 8 wedges the slices are approx.241 cal each.

Serves 8

Serving Size: Makes 32 pieces or 8 slices.
