    2cups spaghetti squash
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 cup part skim mozzarella grated
    1/4 c grate cheese
    dash of salt
    dash od pepper
    3 cloves minced garlic


heat everything but squash in a sauce pan. heat over med high heat and whisk until smooth. Add squash and cook until heated through out.
