    2 cups oats
    .5 cup raisins
    2TBSP chia seeds
    1 small apple
    .25 cup cinnamon
    2 TBSP light maple syrup
    .25 cup almonds
    .25 cups pecans
    1 small banana
    7 tbs low fat butter
    2TBSP unsweetened coconut


Put all ingredients except almonds in a bowl of water cinnamon and trivia to sit and soak. After an hour or so strain out to a baking pan drizzle maple syrup on top and bake low and slow until golden brown and crispy
