    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 4 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1.5 cup (remove)


You can add dried croutons to center of each dumpling to help prevent a gooey center.


mix dry ingredients. Mix eggs and milk and stir into dry ingredients. Knead into a roll. Then form into 4 dumplings--about 2 X 8 inches each. Let rest 30 min.
Boil 10 min. on one side. Turn over and boil another 10 min.
