    1 pkg spice cake mix
    3/4 C flour
    2 eggs
    1/3 C. vegetable oil
    1/3 C molasses
    2 tsp ground ginger


In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, molasses and ginger. Mix well. Refridgerate for 30 min or until easy to handle. On a floured surface, roll out dough to 1/8 in thickness. Cut with 5 in cookie cutters dipped in flour, Place 3 in apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 min or until edges are firm and bottom is lightly browned. remove to wire racks to cool.

Add another 1/2 C to get the dough to a more workable consistency.

Makes 2 1/2 doz large cookies
or around 4 doz smaller ones
