    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Tomato Sauce, 1 8oz can
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 14.5 oz can
    Beans, black, 1 15oz can
    Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1.5 cup
    Taco Seasoning, 1 packet
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can
    Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 3 Tbsp.
    Salt, 1 tsp or to taste
    Water 1cup


Ground the beef and rinse.
Finely chop the Brussels Sprouts
Add all the ingredient to the crook-pot. Do not drain canned foods.
Cook on low for 4-6 hr.
