Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 28oz can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can red kidney beans
    2 T chili powder
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Dice onions and mince garlic, cook in pot til tender. Add lean ground beef and cook til no longer pink. Add tomato paste, tomatoes and drained kidney beans, and seasonnings. Cook on low for a couple of hours
