    1.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    0.5 cups quick oats
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp hemp hearts
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt

    1 1/3 cup grated zucchini
    1 banana (~90 grams)
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/3 cup milk
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1 egg
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla


Lightly spray muffin tins with pam


Mix together dry (minus sugar).
Mix together wet + brown sugar.
Add bananas and zucchini to wet.
Mix all together

Serving Size: Makes 11 muffins (1/4 cup batter)
