    12 oz pkg Frozen Okra
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning
    1 oz Pork Skins, coarsely crushed


Note: If you need more oil during cooking, spray the skillet of okra with Pam. Make sure you cook the okra long enough to absorb any liquid from it defrosting and it has become as brown as you wish.


Over a medium setting, begin to heat a medium size skillet. Add olive oil and after a few seconds, add frozen okra. Cook and brown okra, turning frequently to cook on all sides. When okra has become tender and beginning to brown, season with salt and pepper. When it is almost ready to serve, sprinkle the skillet of okra with crushed pork skins. Stir and continue to heat for a few more seconds.
