    1 Egg

    1/6 C Domino Light Sugar

    3 T Minute Tapioca

    2 3/4 C 2% Milk

    1 tsp Vanilla Extract


If made in a microwave, complete step 1, cook 3 minutes on high and stir. Repeat cooking and stirring 3 more times for a total of 12 minutes. Then complete steps 3 and 4 of stove top recipe.


1. Beat egg and combine with everything but vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes.

2. Cook, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.

3. Stir in vanilla.

4. Cool 20 minutes
