    2 chicken breasts, sliced in half into cutlets and pounded thin
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
    16 pieces turkey pepperoni
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese
    1 cup spaghetti sauce


Cut the chicken breasts and pound thin. Spread the spaghetti sauce in a 9x13 inch pan. Place chicken breast on top of sauce. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Layer each piece of chicken with 4 pieces of pepperoni, 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms, and 2 Tbsp of cheese. You can also sprinkle with some crushed red pepper to add heat. Bake at 350F until the chicken is cooked and cheese is melted-about 15 minutes.
