Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 0.5 medium
    Onions, raw, 0.5 small
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Peas, fresh, 0.2 cup
    Coconut, raw, 0.1 cup, shredded
    Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 0.5 cup
    Healthy Life Sugar-Free Bread, 3 serving

Directions

1 sandwich = 1 serving
Finely chop all vegetables. Mix with crushed peanuts and chilli powder according to taste.
Put one third mix in between two slices of bread and make a sandwich in a sandwich maker.
Put butter on both sides and toast until brown on both sides.
