Ingredients

    Arugula
    Red pepper
    broccoli
    edamame
    cucumber (english)
    Pomegranate Juice
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Garlic
    Honey
    Olive Oil
    S&P if desired

Directions

Clean arugula and place in large bowl. Chop red pepper, broccoli and cucumber and add to arugula. Cook edamame (cool first) then add to mix. In a blender mix: honey, pomegranate juice, garlic, vinegar (S&P if desired), slowly add oil. Toss salad in dressing and serve
