Ingredients

    1/4 head medium size cabbage, shredded
    1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 Tblsp sliced green onions
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    2 Tblsp Canola mayonnaise
    1/2 Tblsp white vinegar


Directions

Mix veggies, add mayo and vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 4 one cup servings
