Tips

Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. We make turkey soup out of the bones the next day. Take a leftover stuffing muffin and pour soup over it.


Directions

Saute bulk turkey sausage, onions and celery in olive oil over low heat. Add cubed bread, poultry seasoning and chicken stock. (I often (also or instead of) use degreased turkey stock from Thanksgiving turkey as it cooks)
