    4 Egg whites
    1 C sugar


Beat egg whites on high until stiff but not dry.
Add half the sugar and mix well.
Add other half of sugar then mix well.
Pipe onto baking sheets lined with baking paper.
Bake at 100 degrees Celsius on fan bake for 90+ mins until dry but not burn't
