    *Italian Sausage, pork, 3 link, 4/lb (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, .25 cup (remove)
    *Barilla Ditalini, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 4 serving (remove)
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Sour Cream, .5 cup (remove)
    Add Crushed red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, ground/dry basil and oregano, and salt to taste


Sautee onions, celery, and garlic in olive oil
Cook sausage in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes; Let cool
Remove casing from sausage, add to pan
Add potatoes and beans and cook for one hour
During last half hour add sour cream
