    Hard Boiled Egg, 12 large
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet
    Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp


After hard boiled eggs are cooled. Cut them in half. Carefully remove and reserve the yolk in a small mixing bowl. Set the egg white haves in a deviled egg holder or on a plate. Mix all ingredients in with the egg yolks with a fork or a mixer. A mixture is best because it gives a smooth finish. After it is mixed you can spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white "shells".
