Ingredients

    All bran
    Bran flakes
    Baker's bran
    Blueberries
    Flour
    Baking soda
    Salt
    Eggs
    Oil
    Applesauce
    Buttermilk
    Molasses

Directions

Mix blueberries, all bran and baker's bran together, add one cup of boiling water. Set aside. In another bowl, beat eggs lightly, mix in oil molasses, applesauce, and buttermilk. Mix with bran mixture. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to bran and egg mixture. Finally, add 2 cups bran flakes.
Spoon in to muffin tins.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 24 minutes
