    Dreamfields low carb spaghetti, cooked per directions, --
    2 serving (you can use 1 serving, of course, for less calories & carbs
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Margarine
    3 slices onions separated
    1 skinless boneless chicken breast
    Sundried Tomatoes in oil, 1 Tablespoon
    Zucchini 1/2 cup sliced
    Chopped Garlic, 2 tsp or 1-2 cloves
    *Lemon Juice, 1 Tbsp
    Crussed red pepper
    *Garlic Salt (McCormick), 0.25 tsp or to taste
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp (optional topping)


Infuse Olive oil in skillet with crushed red peppers & garlic. Add onions & zucchini. Once starting to get going, Add chicken. Cook until chicken is done completely, adding lemon juice towards the end. Once chicken & veggies are cooked, throw in prepared pasta & stir fry, adding the margarine to remoisten if needed. Until pasta is well blended & hot.
Pour into serving dish & top with grated parmesan.
