A light and very tasty sweet thing! A light and very tasty sweet thing!

    200 g ground almonds
    180 g sugar
    50 g semolina

    4 eggwhite
    1 medium egg
    a pinch of sugar


Beat the eggwhite with a pinch of salt,
beat the egg with 20 gram sugar until white.
Mix the rest of the dry ingredients and fold all carefully together.
Fill in silicon muffin holders.
Allow to dry a bit (30-40 minutes) and bake it in the oven for 10 Minutes at 180 degree.
