I just made this up as a 'whatchagot' type of meal I just made this up as a 'whatchagot' type of meal
Number of Servings: 8


    2lb extra lean ground beef
    1/2 block (16 oz) of Velveeta Cheese
    1 can Kidney Beans
    1 can RoTel tomatoes
    1/2 cup taco seasoning (use to taste)


Brown hamburger, rinse and drain fat and set aside. Cut Velveeta into cubes and place in large sauce pan. Cook over medium heat to melt cheese. While cheese is melting, add meat, seasoning to taste, RoTel and beans. Keep stirring until all of the cheese is melted. Serve in tortillas like a burrito.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
