    Makes 6 servings
    Prep time - 10 minutes
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 package (4 serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 c of canned or fresh cooked pumpkin
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
    Graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 can whipped topping or cool whip

    Preparation: Combine the milk and vanilla pudding mix in a 1-quart plastic freezer bag. Close and knead with hands for 1 minute. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger. Close and knead again. Cut the corner and squeeze into cups sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with whipped topping and serve immediately.
