    1 tsp corn starch
    1 tsp tamari
    2 tsp soy sauce

    16 oz. chicken

    1/2 onion, sliced thin

    1 whole jalepeno, sliced thin

    8 dried chilis

    1/3 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce


Good on brown rice.


Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

Make marinade using soy sauce, tamari, and cornstarch and marinade chicken for 10-15 minutes.

Cut jalepeno pepper into thin slices.

Cut onion into thin slices

Heat oil in wok and cook dried chilis and jalepeno peppers until chilis start to turn black. Add chicken and onions and cook until onions are tender and limp and chicken is done. Add sauce made of ketchup, chicken broth and chili sauce and cook for approximately 10 min.
