    1 cup chickpea flour
    1/4 cup flax meal
    2 cups soy protein isolate
    2 tablespoon baking poeder
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons xylitol, granular


CAREFUL! Check out any tips on cooking with Atkins mix online, it can be tricky.

Also, this is VERY HIGH PROTEIN! 32 grams in one serving. If you need to control your protein intake, keep that in mind.


Sift together then store and use as you would Dr. A's. 6.3 effective carbs per 1/4 cup .

Serving Size: 12 1/4 cup servings
