Number of Servings: 10


    15 Figs (dried)
    1/5C Cashews (raw)
    2 Tbsp Coconut oil (in natural state)
    1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    1 Tbsp Flax Seeds


Blend 15 figs and add .5 cup RAW cashews (not roasted or salted). Pulse. Depending on how big you want the cashew pieces, you can pulse for a longer or shorter time (if at all). At this point the mixture will be dry.

Warm the coconut oil in your hands til pliable and then work through the mixture until it all stick together.

I used my Tablespoon measure to make 10 portions. Roll in hand to form a ball.

Put the chia and flax seeds (I used ground) on a plate and roll each ball through the seeds, thoroughly coating each one.


Serving Size: makes 10 1Tbsp sized balls
