Introduction

This is suitable in all phases on the Dukan diet. I make it to use up my egg yolks. Be aware that one serve contains 2 egg yolks - so not an everyday treat. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 Egg Yolks
    5 tablespoons splenda
    Vanilla extract
    1tsp cornflour
    1 1/4 cup 1% milk

Directions

Mix together egg yolks, cornflour, splenda and vanilla. Heat milk gently on stovetop until almost boiling. Pour a little of the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture and mix quickly. Add remaining milk and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture back into the cleaned saucepan and heat very gently on a low heat, stirring until thickened. Use a double boiler if possible. Do not allow to boil as this will make your custard lumpy.
