Ingredients

    Spaghetti Squash
    Olive Oil
    Chopped Onion
    Red Cooking Wine
    Garlic
    Honey
    28 oz Cans Peeled and Diced Tomato (or fresh)
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    Basil
    Oregano
    Parsley
    Lemon Juice
    S&P

Directions

Roast spaghetti squash and scrap out with a fork, place in dish. In large skillet add oil, sautee onion and garlic until tender, then stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, top squash with sauce.
