Ingredients

    1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 tsp dried bread crumbs
    2 tbsp low fat mayo

Directions

1. combine mayo and cheese
2. spread on chicken, then sprinkle with bread crumgs
3. bake at 425 for 20 minues

Serving Size: 4 oz breast
