    6oz butter
    3oz sugar
    10oz flour

    2oz butter
    1tbsp golden syrup
    1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 C peanut butter


Cream first measure of butter and sugar. Add flour and mix to a crumbly mixture.
Press 3/4 of the mixture into a 20cmx20cm slice tin.

Heat together second measure of butter, golden syrup, condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour over base. Crumble the rest of the base mixture over the top.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
