Ingredients

    1 package (8oz.) low fat cream cheese
    2/3 cup (11 T) low fat mayo
    1 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
    6 scallions, including green sliced
    2 T grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Beat the cram cheese and mayo together until creamy, scraping the sides of the bowl often. Add the gouda, scallions,parmesan and black pepper and beat until well blended. Chill and serve with raw veggies

Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 servings, 2 each
