    Pork Tenderloin, 1 lb sliced into medallions
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 2/3 cup
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free red. sodium, 1/3 cup
    Cornstarch, 2 tsp
    Splenda, 2 tsp
    Ginger Root grated , 2 tsp
    Garlic,pressed, 2 cloves
    11 oz bag frozen stir fry vegetables
    Canola Oil, 2 tsp


Marinate pork medallions in teriyaki sauce for 4 hours to overnight.

Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade.

In a large wok, stir fry pork in canola oil. Cook until meat is no longer pink; remove from skillet and set aside.

Add frozen vegetables to skillet and cook for about 4 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

Add pork back to skillet/wok.

Add chicken broth mixture and cook a few more minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Serving Suggestions: Serve over angel hair pasta with sauteed snow peas on the side.
