Introduction

Super healthy and quite filling. And there's chocolate, that just about says it all. Super healthy and quite filling. And there's chocolate, that just about says it all.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 c whole wheat flour
    1/3 c quick oats
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    Few shakes of cinnamon
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    Pinch of salt
    1 1/3 c skim milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1/3 c canned pumpkin
    1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips

Tips

Serve with cool whip, syrup, or sliced bananas.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet in another. Slowly combine until batter is mixed well. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon about 1/4 to 1/3 c batter onto skillet and cook over medium heat, turning once after about 2 minutes, then cooking another 3-4 until browned. Sometimes the batter takes a while to become not-gooey, so feel free to keep turning a bit longer until they are more firm inside.
