Tasty hot chili for a cold day Tasty hot chili for a cold day
Number of Servings: 1


    1 pound ground beef, 10% fat, browned and add the following
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 lg can tomatoes, diced
    1 can tomato paste
    2 C water
    2 t beef base or bouillon or substitute beef stock for water and bouillon
    Chili Powder to taste
    1/2 t cayanne pepper ground
    ground pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 t garlic powder
    1 T dehydrated onion

    Simmer for 2 hours on low


Serve with diced onion, shreaded cheddar cheese and or corn bread


Brown ground beef, add remaining ingredients Adjust to you taste
