    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1.5 cups granulated sugar
    1/3 cup water
    4 eggs or egg substitute equivalent
    1/2 cup oil
    1/2 cup baby food sweet potato
    3 1/3 cup flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup walnuts or mixed nuts, chopped


combine all ingredients and cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour

Serving Size: Makes 2 large loaves, 12 slices each loaf
