    Ground Turkey, 1 lb raw
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 15


1. Cook turkey.
2. Peel shrimp and chop finely.
3. Grate carrots and broccoli stalks.
4. Combine all ingredients except wrappers.
5. Roll up ingredients in wrappers
6. Grease baking sheet
7. Place rolls on sheet and bake 365 degrees until golden brown, flipping half way.

Serving Size: Makes 15 (1 wrap serving in serving)
