    Cumin, 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup
    Garlic, 8 cloves
    Tahini, 4 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Edamame, Shelled, Frozen,16 oz
    Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp
    1 tsp
    water, 0.25 cup

    Boil the edamame about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cool water. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If too thick, add additional water by teaspoonfuls until desired consistency.


Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons per serving
