These are awesome and horribly addictive too! These are awesome and horribly addictive too!

    2 cucumbers
    1 small onion
    1 hot pepper
    10 peppercorns
    fresh dill
    white vinegar


Slice cucumbers into spears. Place in a 4 cup(quart) wide mouth mason jar. Place in a few rings of sliced onion (save the rest for another meal). Place in several sprigs of fresh dill (about 1/2 a small bunch). Cut the hot pepper in half and stick in as much as you think you can handle. (I used the whole pepper of a red zinger and they've got kick!) Drop in a few peppercorns. Fill the space in the container 2/3 full with white vinegar. Add water to top it off. Cover and leave in the
refrigerator for 48 hours. Eat within a couple of weeks (though mine aren't going to last a couple of days!).
