    2 1/2 cups pumpkin
    1 cup sugar
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 cup egg substitute
    4 oz sweet potatoe baby food
    3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts


mix all ingredients and cook for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

Serving Size: makes 2 large loaves, 12 slices in each loaf
