    Turkey mince meat 500g
    Turmeric 1tbsp
    Soy sauce 1tbsp
    Garlic 1 clove
    1 med raw carrot finely chopped
    Dash black pepper
    Coriander 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice 1 tbsp
    Red pepper chopped fine


Preheat oven to 180deg.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mould 12 balls using damp hands.

Lay meatballs on a tray or oven rack lined with grease proof baking paper.

Put in the middle of the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.

Meatballs should be slightly browned but cooked through.

Serve with salad or tomato sauce and pasta
