    2 lbs Elbow Macaroni
    9 oz Medium Cheddar Cheese
    8 oz Colby & Monteray Jack Cheese
    9 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    8 oz 2% Milk Velveeta Cheese
    8 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
    1 C Non-Fat Milk


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Cube up all cheeses and put in medium size non stick sauce pan. Add the milk. Turn stove onto medium-high and melt the cheeses till completly melted. While this is going on make sure to be cooking macaroni. After both macaroni and cheeses are done, pour cheeses and macaroni into the pan you made the macaroni in and mix until macaroni is completly covered. Put mixture into 13x9 inch pan and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
