    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large, chopped
    Red onions, raw, 1/3 cup, chopped
    Hearts of Palm, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Thomas' Plain Mini Bagel, toasted and chopped, 1 serving (or any crouton/bread you like)
    Bacon, meatless, 3 strip chopped
    Tomato, grape, 6-12, cut in half
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .75 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .75 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Basil, 1/3C
    seasoning salt
    lemon garlic pepper


To save fat/calories, plain Greek yogurt can be substituted for sour cream and mayo.


Place salad ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
Mix dressing. Pour over top of salad and mix well.

Serving Size: Salad serves 3-4. It is huge!
